Guest Services Representative

Camp Bow Wow® is the premier provider of innovative, healthy and happy pet care worldwide, while lending a paw to animals in need. Providing a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention! This position contributes significantly to the success of Camp Bow Wow® by maintaining a premier experience for our canine customers and their human parents.

This dynamic role requires a team player, ready to contribute to our positive culture, with a real love of helping people, serious multitasking abilities, initiative to get things done, high energy and the ability to provide outstanding animal and customer care.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Awareness of all camp services offered, and have the ability to provide tours of facility to prospective customers, as well as add on, cross promote, and upsell our total menu of services including daycare, boarding, training, grooming, and in-home pet-sitting services.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, resolve customer issues and account discrepancies, handle both in-person customer requests and a high volume of both prospective customer and current customer phone calls, in a fast paced environment.
  • Arrival and departure procedures of our canine guests and their human parents, where detail and safety are a priority.
  • Maintain the front desk, lobby, and retail area.  Ensure they are inviting, organized, well maintained, and clean.  Work as a team with all staff, and communicate clearly regarding each camper’s needs.


  • Minimum of two years recent experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or sales with the ability to wow the customer.
  • A love of animals, with the ability and desire to provide outstanding service to our canine guests and customers, as well as our internal team.
  • Proficient in computer, and data entry skills with a knowledge of Google Docs, and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Proven success of achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Excels and is proficient in the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and practice active-empathetic listening skills.
  • Ability to problem solve in the moment, and to maintain a solution based mindset, even during times of high volume and/or objections.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the changing priorities of a business with many moving parts, while supporting and promoting a team environment.
  • High school diploma.
